Overview of the Role
Our front of house staff are the stars of the show. They are our guest’s first and last contact and you’ll really set the tone of the site. We like to make our guests feel at home and you make that happen from a friendly welcome to reading their needs throughout their visit, your role is to build a great relationship and provide them with everything they need to have a lovely experience in our venues. Waiting on staff tend to the needs of the guests at table, from taking food and drink orders to running their food. Bartenders create a range of drinks from pouring pints & shaking cocktails to making coffee’s and plating up cakes.

Personal Characteristics
You have a natural ability to look after people and make them happy. Like us you’ll be passionate about food & drink. With previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a similar role but not essential. You’ll just need to be hand’s on with a “can do” attitude and able to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends.
Personal Requirements
Ideally 1 year of customer service experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Experience of developing great relationships with both colleagues & guests
Organised and reliable
Responsibilities
Setting up and closing down your section to venue standards
Providing guests with food & drinks & to make personal suggestions on our menus
Day to day cleaning tasks to assist in the smooth running of the venue
